  1. Sleep 6 – 8 hours a day either in one continuous stretch or broken into a number of naps.
  2. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
  3. Keep active just to maintain healthy blood flow.
  4. Possible supplements:

    2. Floradix
    3. Vitamin D
