Bentonite clay mask

Lemon and vinegar masks

  1. Cut two lemon into halves and squeeze out the juice in separate containers.
  2.  Add apple cider vinegar to both.
  3. Add enough sugar to one container to form a thin paste.
  4. Scoop up some of this paste with your hands and gently scrub it over your legs with your fingertips.
  5. Wipe the paste from your legs.
  6. Soak two bandages in sugarless mixture of lemon and Apple cider vinegar and wrap on both legs.
  7. Leave for 10 minutes.
  8. Repeat process everyday for a month.

The sugar exfoliates the skin by sloughing off dead cells and revealing new skin. Citric acid of lemon juice soaks into skin and begins the process of fading. Apple cider vinegar helps in fading dark spots and blemishes.


Potato mask

  1. Peel a small potato and cut it into pieces.
  2. Take half cucumber and slice.
  3. Add two table spoons of fresh lemon juice and one tablespoon of yoghurt.
  4. Add all the three ingredients into a blender and make paste of it.
  5. Apply this paste to the affected areas and cover with two damp hot towels and leave for 20 minutes.
  6. Rinse off with cold water.

Potato is very useful for reducing dark spots. Cucumber lightens the skin. Yoghurt makes the skin soft. This remedy is very effective for all skin types.


Turmeric mask

  1. Mix turmeric, lemon juice, honey, milk, cinnamon and water to form paste.
  2. Leave for 45 minutes and wash off. Do this monthly.


Papaya mask

  1. Blend papaya with content of vitamin E capsules.
  2. Leave for 20 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. Do this weekly.
