Depression Was Always Real

Exceptional post. Mental health is so misunderstood so increased awareness is imperative.

This post is a long time coming.

I’ve been hinting at it for ages and it’s been planned out in my little black notebook since February. However, like with most things in life, things only change when you stop planning and start doing.

Today the heartbreaking news of a young woman taking her own life has been the main topic on many social media outlets. I have always acknowledgedmental illness along with depression to be an issue many people are not genuinely aware of especially when it comes to our younger generation.
